This article explains how to change your account email directly from your Komet account. This email is used to receive system notifications.
- This applies to all users, including e-commerce, grower and company users.
- Changing your email will not affect your login information, only the email you receive your system notifications to.
From your Komet Account
Log into your Komet account.
Click on the user icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Click on My Settings and then, select Admin Profile.
Click on Change Account Email.
Enter your new email address and click on Change E-mail.
A confirmation window will appear. Enter the word CONFIRM and click on Continue.
The system will display a confirmation message informing that the email has been updated.
