The system allows users to record lost sales opportunities from anywhere on the system. This information will be available via BI.
How to record a Lost Sales?
1) You can record a lost sale anywhere on the system through the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+L. You can also record a lost sale by going to Order Entry>>Add Order and search for the Record a Lost Sale link. Or going to Prebooks & SO's>>Add Prebook and search for the Record Lost Sale link.
2) Once you click on the link or press Crtl+L, the system will pop up a window called Lost Sales Record. Complete the information and click on Save.
3) In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, a confirmation message will appear.
Once you record Lost Sale Opportunity, the information cannot be changed or deleted.
