Overview

Warehouse staff can print labels from the AWB Summary. You can print Inventory Labels or Shipping Labels, depending on the status of the box. This article explains how to do it.

Print Inventory Labels

Here, the users will have the option to print AWB labels by following the steps below:

Go to Tracking>>AWB Summary.

Click on the AWB number to view the AWB details.

A window will appear with the AWB details where labels can be printed by clicking on the "Print Labels" link from the Actions column for a specific line, or by clicking the Print Labels gray button to print all labels in the AWB.

Print Shipping and Inventory Labels

The system allows to print both Inventory Labels or Shipping Labels, depending if the product is already billed or not.

Go to Tracking>>AWB Summary.

Use the available filters to find the AWB for which you want to print the labels.

Click on the number of boxes displayed on each column. Once you click on print (regardless the column), the system will validate the invoicing status of each box. If the box is already billed, the system will print the Shipping Labels, on the contrary, if the box is not billed yet, the system will print the Inventory Labels. If within the same column, there are boxes billed and don't billed, the system will print first the Inventory Labels of the non billed boxes.

The system will ask you to select two criteria for sorting the labels (you just have to select one criterion, the second is optional).

 Click on Print to finish.

Products Billed for Future Dates

In the case the order was already billed and the Arrival Date is before the Shipping Date, a WH will be print in the Shipping Label printed from the AWB Summary.

Sort Labels

When users print labels from the AWB Summary (or when adding an AWB) , the system will ask to select two criteria to sort the labels (you just have to select one criterion, the second is optional). Notice that by checking the option "Do not show the sorting option again" the validation will no longer appear. If you want to reactivate the dialog, this can be done from My Settings.

Print Distribution Labels

The system also allows to print distribution labels per AWB. This option will apply for boxes with items assigned for different customers so they have to be opened. To do this, follow the next steps:

Keep in mind

  • This functionality will only be available if the Sell By Units is active.
  • The products within the PO must have been previously sold as units. (To print automatically distribution labels).
  • Distribution Labels will be automatically printed as long as the PO line item belongs to multiple Prebooks, if the PO lines belong to a Prebook and it also has Open Market units or if all the content within a box has been pre sold in units to a single customer.
  • For further information read Printing Units Distribution Labels.
