In case you want to know if there is an error with an external system during the synchronization process of your orders, the system allows you to enable email notifications with that purpose so salespeople proceed to reconfirm those orders once the issue is solved.
Log into your Komet account.
Click on Setup>>Settings.
Under Integrations, click on Order Confirmation Webhook.
The Order Confirmation Webhook will pop-up. Enter the URL that Komet Sales will call when the Orders are confirmed. This is provided by your external system.
Click on Save to finish.
