The Customer Account Detail Report includes customer's invoices and payments information. This article explains how to generate it.


Go to Reports>>Accounts Receivables Reports.

Select Customer Account Detail.

 Enter the customer name and the date ranges. If you want for this report to include open credits, check the Include Open Credits option.

 Enter the email where the report should be sent.

Click on Send to finish. The report will include information related to the customer such as invoices, payments, open credits, payment discounts, NSF invoices, Charge Back payments on the selected date range (which should not exceed one year). Download here an example of the report.
