Overview

Komet Sales provides the ability to connect with BloomNet so your inventory is automatically sent to BloomNet and you can start receiving orders directly from BloomNet into your account.

Important

  • The inventory synchronizes every 5 minutes in BloomNet so it is possible that inventory that does not exist anymore in Komet, still appears in BloomNet.
  • Orders created through the API will have 1.5% of transaction fee based on the order amount.

How does this integration work?

By using some of the available API methods, you, as a Company that uses Komet Sales, will be able to synchronize your open market and future sales inventories with BloomNet system. Once an order is placed in BloomNet with one of your products, an order will be created in your Komet account automatically.

  1. You have open market inventory (on hand or future) available to be sold to your BloomNet customer.
  2. Your inventory will be synchronized and sent to BloomNet  system every 5 minutes.
  3. Final Customer buys products from the BloomNet website.
  4. Once the final customer checks out the order, the system automatically creates an invoice or a prebook (for future sales) in your Komet account.
  5. Your sales rep proceeds to confirm the order.
